Just got back from an awesome week in Soldeu so thought I'd give you a report on what we enjoyed! 
We flew to Barcelona with Easyjet which was fine as budget airlines go - only thing to watch out for is there's no cafe by the gates for the return departure so take a picnic! There are vending machines for crisps and drinks though.
Transfers with Novatel were very good, about a five minute walk from 2C to 2B where the bus goes from. Was a big bus with about 20 people on so plenty of room to stretch out!
Had to change in Andorra La Vella then a minibus to Soldeu and dropped right outside our hotel.
We stayed at Hotel Naudi which was lovely, friendly and homely. Really good food and fab terrace for enjoying the afternoon sun. For the price we paid it was excellent value. The rooms were spotless too.
As for the skiing, Grandvalira has everything we need and more! The snow was fantastic every morning but getting a bit slushy towards the end of the day, particularly at the bottom by the bridge but it meant that we could enjoy the sunshine during apres ski
by the end of our holiday it was really hot so just make sure you bring suncream!
Speaking of apres ski, a few places you should try... first up come off the mountain for lunch and try Slim Jims and Solly Neu - the latter was excellent food with a huge sun terrace. For a few drinks after skiing we liked the Aspen, the Harp Irish bar and Fat Alberts. See where has music on and that's where the crowds seemed to go!
Overall a top holiday and we'll definitely be back!
