Once old enough to learn to ski in the main school they can join group lessons and will be put into a group with other children of a similar age. Grandvalira have lots of very experienced ski instructors who are used to teaching children so they will be able to develop their skills and techniques whilst still having lots of fun!
To learn to snowboard children need to be a bit bigger so they can use their weight and balance to control a snowboard, therefore group lessons only start from 12 years. If younger children want to snowboard a special enquiry must be made to the school, although if accepted it will most probably be with private lessons.
