It's not Carre Neige, as that is only in the Savoie region of France, but there is a mountain insurance available, which is €6.20 per day (2023-24), which covers medical expenses etc. in case of accident on the slopes. You can add it to your lift pass at the ticket window, but only before the pass is used for the first time.
