  • Hi Daniel

You'll find a link to the conditions in the footer of every page, or click here

If you need to amend a booking we don't charge a fee, so long as we have enough notice (usually minimum three days is enough time to avoid fees) or cancellation is usually 15% (but it depends on exactly what you're booking and the notice period you can give).

    Regards

    Steve
  • Amendment/Cancellation policy - Ski Hire & Lift Passes

    Daniel

    Hi,

We are planning a trip to Soldeu in the beginning of March. It's however not decided between which dates we will be there.

In your FAQ and in your booking conditions you refer to the Agency Booking Conditions and the Suppliers booking conditions which I can't find anywhere.

What is the amendment/cancellation policy for ski hire and lift passes?

    Best Regards
    Daniel
