    Steve,

    I had not heard from Neilson but they have now confrmed size 13 boots will be available at the hire shop they use.
    Was getting worried as I've been snowboarding for years, so I'm used to soft boots (like carpet slippers in comparison)!

    As it's a family hol, I thought I'd try something new along with the Wife and kids.

    Hi Ron

    For that you'd need to contact Neilson as your booking is through them and I'm not sure which ski shop they will send you to.

    That being said, I wouldn't think size 13 would be a problem.

    Hi,
    I am flying out on the 17th February 2013, (staying in Soldeu, Andorra) and have booked a beginners ski pack through Neilson.
    Just wanted to make sure there are ski boots to hire that will fit me, as I have quite big feet (UK size 13)?
